My 10 day challenge.
I finished ChaLean Extreme Wednesday. I have been thinking about what kind of workouts I want to do until October 2nd when I plan on starting the CLX/TF Hybrid that came with the TF workout. I decided on Thursday, I was going to challenge myself to do Jillian Michael workouts for 10 days straight. I went to Target yesterday and bought Ripped in 30. For my birthday, I got her newest workout, Killer Buns and Thighs. I am going to combine those with her other workouts along with my treadmill. Maybe I will get rid of my Birthday weight! LOL! (I had lots of treats delivered to me and lots of celebrations. I finished my birthday cake yesterday.)
The workouts I have are:
30 Day Shred
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
No More Trouble Zones
Yoga Meltdown (hated it but only tried it once)
6 Week 6 Pack
BL Last Chance Workout (my favorite)
Killer Buns and Thighs
Ripped in 30
I did Level 1 of Ripped in 30. I didn't realize it was 35 minutes.! It went by fast. It brought back memories of when I first tried Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. Back then (January 2010), I couldn't keep up. I could hardly do a squat. I used 3 pound weights and I remember thinking how heavy they felt. I was sore for days after. Today, I felt so powerful. I used 3 pound weights. They were too light and I know next time to use 5 pounds. I was able to keep up. I felt good after. I went for a run on my treadmill after and watched Level 2. :)
I am going to try Killer Buns and Thighs tomorrow. I think on Sunday, I will do Level 2 of Ripped in 30. I am excited to change it up and do something different. I will definitely miss Chalene and Turbo Fire but I know she will be there waiting for me in October. :)
