Today I managed to make atleast part of my goal. I didn't get up and eat breakfast. I did eat a granola bar for lunch. I did drink 2 liters of water so far. I walked a mile after dinner. Weight this am was 246.
Be gentle on yourself and make sure you give yourself the right amount of foods/calories to do everything it needs! When I read your blog I became worried that you are trying to meet your goals too quickly.
Spark People is an excellent source of information and support, so please make sure you keep in touch with their advice and suggestions.
With SP's help, I am finding that I am getting to my goals slowly, but in a way that keeps me healthy and sets me into a pattern I can keep up once I have reached my goals.
