    HEY girl! This is an awesome routine - keep it up! It's definitely good that you do cardio with working your muscles because you're right, the heartbeat needs to be up in order to lose the weight! I would suggest maybe taking a break after your workouts. It's good to let yourself relax as well. Personally for running, I do about 45 minutes on a good day, doing too much might mean that you burn out and you want a routine you can stick to.
I set myself the goal of 4-6 x a week since I know sometimes I won't be able to log it all in. Your routine is really good, just make sure when you're hurting (muscle pain etc) that you don't overdo it the next day with a 1.5 hour run!
