Heather, You've been a slacker this week on your tracking and fitness.
However, your weight training is really showing. You've found your self esteem on Wednesday and tried on a pair SKINNY jeans (size 11/12) for the first time in your life (80's 90's don't count)
HOLY COW they fit! The waist is a tad too big, but they fit perfectly in the thighs and knee and that's good enough for you.
OOhh look at those shooties!! (boots that are cut off at the ankles) omg they're 20% off.. THEY LOOK AWESOME WITH THESE SKINNY JEANS!
So before I knew it, I had a whole new outfit. I'm wearing it right now and I cannot believe the self esteem I found. Skinny jeans are now my friend, and I wish I had a picture to show off. I feel amazing right now. I didn't lose any weight last week.. but that didn't stop me from feeling good about my body. I've shed a total of 11 pounds so far. I started on my own at 178.. spark at 173.. and I now weigh 167.5.
I bought some more new tops too.. and made sure not to go overboard with new pants. I only bought one pair for now, because I plan on losing more weight. This week and next week I probably won't be doing very well ... and well the 1st is the big party i'm throwing and i'll definitelybe eating/drinking tons of calories. It may take me 2 weeks to catch up, but it will be worth it. I'm happy and I think that's what matters, and we could all use a break once in a while from diet dicipline. at least I know I can do this.
I feel so good in my new outfit that I want to wear it for 3 days lol.
