Work those Arms!

Well, I know I can't run for a few days. But after seeing The Biggest Loser on tv the other night, and knowing that I need to lose 10 pounds still (because my fall/winter pants from last year are too tight!), I am going to work on my upper body instead. I've found my P90X DVD's and have started doing one today. I started yesterday, but so much was going on (phone, etc) that I only did the first exercise after the warmup. And even with just that, I was sore this morning. I am really out of shape as far as arms/shoulders/back!
Here I come P90X! Here come the sore arms...

    Good for you! Bring it on! I'm planning to get back to more regular resistance training myself....did legs on Wednesday, and now it hurts to walk....
