So I am not starting the 17 day diet till Monday but I am going to slowly start changing my eating style over the weekend. I have to go shopping tomorrow so that will give me time to prepare with my list what I will be eating for the week. I am thinking lots of salads, chicken, tuna & salmon! Honestly it sounds amazing!!!! I am very excited about the changes and nervous that I will be able to stick with it!
Tomorrow I will start green tea with every meal, 8 glasses of water, reduced bread intake.
