My 5% Fall Challenge Commitment

This is my first 5% challenge so i am kind of excited and worried too!
1. Of course lose 5% in the 8 weeks of the challenge.
2. Track calories and stay in my range of 1200-1600.
3. Exercise 6 days a week. 2-3 ten minute workouts per day.
4. Stay connected to the team, offering support and posting to blogs.
5. 3-5 freggies a day.
6. 6-8 cups of water per day.
Lets go A Team!!
