Got up early today, but tried doing my shrink's suggested "morning pages", and that took longer than I intended. So we left the house late this morning for our run, and then it started to rain with a few flickers of lightning... so we cut our run short this morning and only did 2 miles. I guess that's still OK. We worked up a good sweat and I suppose that's a good sign. Could also be that it's ridiculously hot and humid this morning. Yuck. I think I may shut the windows and turn on the A/C while I get ready for work. Otherwise I'll be sweating through my work clothes after I shower. Gross.

Ok, need to get moving. Maybe today will be better.

    Even 10 mins of exercise is better than none any day of the week. Keep up the good work!!

    A day is always better when it starts with a run, if you ask me. Could you run first and then do morning pages over breakfast or soemthing? Or during a coffee break at work, or is it supposed to be right after you wake up? Hope work treats you alright today. You deserve a break!
