Wow, talk about intense. Tonight was day 2 of the beginner class of Crossfit, and it was intense. We learned some new exercises and practice alot of form with deadlifts, front squat, and presses. I had only done a deadlift with a kettleball so doing it will a bar was very different for me. We finished with a hard as heck WOD.

The max time was 5 minutes. I did 3:38, which was so freaking hard but it was a freaking accomplishment for me. I hate burpees with a passion, but I made it through it. Our class did get smaller today, just a little over half came back which shocked me. I couldn't imagine not going back, I couldn't wait to head to class. It totally was the highlight of my day. I started talking to some of the others and next class we are going to exchange emails, so we can stay in touch and keep each other on track with our diets. Everyone is just so friendly.
I do know that I am going to be sore tomorrow. Well, time for a cold shower.
