  There are some very enticing recipes in this cookbook. HOWEVER, a large percentage of the book's content is devoted to non-recipe content, e.g., "Satisfying, Sustaining and Stress-Free Eating", "The Science of Satisfaction", "The New Healthy Kitchen", and a wide range of case studies. This extra content may be of interest to some, but I wanted a cookbook, plain and simple. As a result, I am somewhat dissatisfied with the book. As case studies and other non-recipe content are abundant on the SparkPeople website, you may want to consider the value of this cookbook for you, as an individual, before you purchase.

    It's HUGE! I can't believe how many good sounding recipes are in this book. I was expecting a thin book, this puppy is almost 500 pages!

    Pre ordered mine in UK, can't wait.
The bonus cards etc are they just for people in the USA? If so can I nominate a spark friend to receive them on my behalf as I know you don't post stuff overseas? I am fine with that but would love a friend to benefit instead..or do they come with the book?
Either way, I am ready for mine to arrive, at last a cookbook we can use, not one full of stuff that is high in cals sugar and fat. Thanks

    These sample recipes look sooooo good. I just place my order on amazon.com and ordered one of Coach Nicole's DVDs while I was at it. I had a $10 gift card thanks to SP's colon cancer/screening surveys so I feel like I got a great deal.

    I love that SP have a cookbook coming out, but the recipes are so detailed. Is this going to have an 'easy' section, so to speak? I only cook for myself, and don't have all these spices and such recipes ask for. Plus, I am not the best cook, or recipe follower in the world. I'd love recipes that are quick, easy to understand, and doesn't use alot of items that I won't touch again .
