Goals 9/19 and review of last weeks goals

Well, didn't do so well on my goals last week. Therefore I'm going to try again this week. Here are the results of my previous week.


1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day DONE
2. Stay within my calorie range all week DONE
3. Exercise every day for at least 10 minutes--NOT DONE skipped Sat and Sun
4. Complete daily chore list NOT DONE--got a bit distracted and failed to "catch up" on Sat despite plenty of time.
5. Don't eat in front of the TV--DONE


My new goals for this week are:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day
2. Stay within my calorie range all week
3. Cardio at least 3 x this week (750 cals or more)
4. Complete daily chore list
5. Don't eat in front of TV
6. ST 3x this week

I'm halfway there and so far so good. Hopefully I can get that album this week!
