I love ther HCG Fat Release System, Protocol, not a diet, only one that focuses on releasing fat plus teaching you what to eat. People who are critical have no idea and don't even know how silly they sound to someone actually doing it. If they truly did research then how could they come up with the claim that it's too low when in fact HCG is using your fat stores you already have. If they didn't take the time out to read the book Pounds & Inches then they are really lost and speaking out of ignorance, furthermore they are quick to say doctors dont recommend it WHEN IT WAS A DOCTOR WHO DISCOVERED IT LOL!!!!!!!!

Late as promised, we just got home from the golf course a little bit ago. Ran into some friends at the club house so we had to visit for a little while they are snow birds and are leaving to go to Arizona for the winter months in their Motor Home.
I hope you found some good things at Trader Joes and that you got a fridge, or at least some ice for your HCG.
Seems you have a new Nay Sayer lurking on your blog.
Hope you have a great day tomorrow.
Stay focused on getting finished with this round!! Sandy

Hello Lisa! Glad you got to OH safely and I hope you had a nice walk to TJ's. I love that store. So, did you find anything new there that maybe they don't have at the TJ's in Cali? I like to see what other grocery stores carry vs. my local store. I'm a foodie for sure. I love how you shopped - aisle by aisle the other day. I love it when I have time to shop like that but I'm like you in that it's inevitable that I come home with something I totally didn't set out to purchase. The scale was a good buy though, glad you like it! How are you liking that shake weight? I've seen them but I'm dubious. LOL! Good luck with your presentation and I agree with the other chica, a black belt would look great with that dress. OMG, it's 11:30 pm here, I've got to get to bed cuz I get up at 6:30 am!

Good night!

Chris

THINBYFIFTY, any diet that gets you off of processed foods is cleansing. You don't have to do HCG and limit yourself to 500 calories a day to get that effect.

In fact, if you did a juice cleanse or something like that for several days, you'd be better off than doing HCG because the HCG protocol keeps your calories extremely low too long to be safe or healthy.

I read all about the HCG diet when some people I know were doing it, and despite all the hype, there really doesn't seem to be any provable science behind all the claims. Most doctors would not even consider putting a severely obese person on that plan because it's too dangerous and there's no evidence that HCG does anything to help with weight loss.

    Hey Lisa,

Hope your walk was enjoyable. Like you, lots of things sound good to me but I know I won't sabotage myself. Part of me just keeps reminding myself how many days I've got under my belt - and I don't actually have too many physical cravings once I'm on the protocol for a few days. Seems like it's very cleansing.

Quick question - do you always refrigerate your drops? I haven't heard of this and so, don't do it. I wonder if it is impacting my success. Have a great time in Ohio:)

Go ahead and eat that food! With all the exercise you do, you need it!

You could throw on a black belt and rock that dress. I love the print. You did good with the airport walk. You know they try to tantalize you with every step. I think you're going to do well in Ohio. You've already got things mapped out . . . healthy things. So, begin with the end in mind. Have fun, girlie.
