Tracking = Losing

Tuesday, September 20, 2011

If I track my foods, I lose. If I do not track, I do not lose.

The past week plus, I have not been tracking. And guess what... I haven't been losing either.

In fact I'm up a couple of pounds. Blah.

So I'm back to tracking today. So hopefully I won't be up much when the Fall 5% Challenge starts.

    Oh yes, so true. I fell off the tracking wagon after the challenge and now have heaved myself up on the Fall Challenge Wagon = even if to maintain, not to gain!!

    I agree completely. The only change I would make to your title is "Honest Tracking = losing." I occaisionally find myself "forgetting" to track the extras. Hmmmm.......

    I find the tracker invaluable! Maybe it means my brain automatically selects too much food and then "forgets" how much I ate ... who cares. I track, I keep it all in balance!
