Tracking = Losing

If I track my foods, I lose. If I do not track, I do not lose.
The past week plus, I have not been tracking. And guess what... I haven't been losing either.
In fact I'm up a couple of pounds. Blah.
So I'm back to tracking today. So hopefully I won't be up much when the Fall 5% Challenge starts.
