I never plan my workouts. Good, bad, or ugly, I go with what I want to do each day. I know that my minimum is 30 minutes walking at a brisk pace (mostly for those days when I'm run down and weary.).
Some days I do Zumba, 5 miles of hills, a 30 minute dance video (or longer), there's no telling.
Great attitude Suezette. I had the same feeling in the pool this morning - after 15 laps I was done. Just could not get any more motivation ... and I got out of the pool.
There is a lot to be said for the simple four words 'listen to your body". (People who don't are more likely to get hurt or have increased stress - which is unhealthy)
Too funny Suezette!! I on the other hand ran today for 20 mins. (I am just starting again after year's of not running!) and the whole time I was thinking, "I don't like running, can't breath, legs hurt, why am I doing this??" Because it will help me to burn calories and it will get easier as I go along!! Wish me luck!
Miss Suzette, I know you well enough to know this is occasional thing and you will be back to running (most likely) tomorrow! There is no reason why you have to run if you don't want to. Me on the other hand....i need to talk myself into exercising! :-)
