The Kitchen Dancer Just Can't Stop

Yesterday I encountered a wonderful problem: I just couldn't stop dancing. Just one more song I would tell myself. The thing is I was kind of slow on the start. Yesterday I trained for the 5K and I didn't want to but, I knew I should get it over with. However, I had 5 minutes left to fulfill my goal of 30 minutes and so I decided, of course, to top the day of with a quick dance. A Modern Ballet from to one of Chopin's pieces. Then the next song came on and of course I just couldn't help myself.

What I am wondering is: what type of fitness gets you in the zone? Walking until you realize you've walked miles and have to turn back and go home. Biking like your in a race just because you like to go faster and faster. So, what is it? emoticon

    Walking is one of those things I can forget about too. I just keep going and then it could be really far before I realize I need to turn around. :)

    You said it, for me, I love walking and especially when I discover how far I have really gone when I'm headed towards home :)
