Lately I have been off and on with my healthy eating and exercising.
This past week I did pretty good until the weekend. I always go down hill on the weekends. It seems like a keep losing and regaining the same 5 lbs.
Lose it during the week, gain it back on the weekend. I have also been taking a lot of mini vacations which is hard on my healthy habits.
On a good note I did receive several compliments today.
While at the gym this morning another gym member told me that I looked like I had lost weight and looked really good. Then when I got to work I had a co-worker tell me that I looked like I had slimmed down and was looking good.
I don't have any more long weekends or vacations coming up until December so the next two months should be easier to stay on track and keep those 5lbs plus some more off for good.
