Review of Summer and on to Fall

So I haven't blogged here for a while. Had a busy Summer, took an accounting course and also tried to enjoy the good weather of Summer. I managed to take in some great festivals as well. The only thing that didn't happen as often as I would have liked upon reflection of course are my workouts. Kinda fell between my test prep freakouts and festival roaming to relax from the stress of my I have to laugh at it cause in the end I passed the course, gained the credit and new skills so seeing my freakouts in hindsight were just silly. Back on the fitness thinking and the FALL approaching. I know that I need to use the rest of this month to get myself organized and re-committed to me and my fitness goals. The Summer was great but on top of classes I had to help plan a Bachelorette party (my first) and that had way more headaches involved than I could ever imagine. And at the same time start prepping for tests/exams and a Baby Shower! Still have a couple of weeks to go before the baby shower happens for my friend, but we as the planning people are trying to get most of the stuff done and out of the way...then there's a wedding in mid October, Thanksgiving and well I think finally I should be free just before Halloween and Christmas rush. I do realize now after Summer's lack of effort that I can't just wait until all that stuff takes place first before I am able to act. I NEED balance! Which is why I am giving myself to the end of this month to come up with my new workout routine . I better go and get started on that then...
