well it's been a couple of months since i've gained weight back. i was able to go down to 160 lbs for almost a year but then i think i just stopped working hard at it. i've decided that i need to get my butt back into gear. like my title said, my weight won't quit coming back so i won't quit trying to lose it.
i' ve decided to do the juice fast for a week. i think just to jump start and cleanse myself. also i'm debating on whether after i do the juice fast if i should try to go more vegan or raw. like maybe replace 2 meals a day with either vegan or raw foods.
also i've decided that i'll be jump roping every other day as my exercise. on the off days i'll try to do my Biggest Loser dvd the cardio one.
lol i always come back here when i'm starting back on my diet.
