Random things today. Hubby left early this morning for California. Day 1 of 12. So far so good. The boys don't really understand that he's not coming home tonight. Today is also L's 5th birthday. We had a super small party yesterday with family. I can't believe he's so big already.

In June I found a lump in my breast. Went to the doctor and was sent for an ultrasound. I finally got the results today (the ultrasound place never sent them to my doctor). Everything is fine. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted.

When I found the lump the doctor said to cut out caffeine and limit stress and high fat foods. If I had a cyst, these things would cause pain. So I've been pretty good about it not eating and drinking some of the things I love so much, and I've lost two pounds in 9 days. Now that I'm not so stressed about my health (I'm a hypochondriac and have high anxiety) I can start exercising again and taking care of myself.
