I have 35 days until (the end of) my next Army obligation, and I want to lose some weight before that.
35 days is 6 periods of 5 days.
Since I did so well on the 5 day ff&v challenge last week, I'm going to stick to 5 day challenges for the next 35 days:
19 Sept - 23 Sept:
Measure all food. Add to tracking log.
2MR outside, 3 times.
24 Sept - 28 Sept:
No carb dishes.
3 days of 10 miles.
29 Sept - 3 Oct:
Eat a sit-down, healthy breakfast.
2 days rowing, 1 day stair climber. (15 mins)
4 Oct - 8 Oct:
No pre-made foods (canned soup, frozen meals, boxed meals, etc)
Full body strength training 2 times.
9 Oct - 13 Oct:
14 Oct - 18 Oct:
Exercise in morning, 2 times.
19 Oct - 23 Oct:
Spend 15 mins stretching, 3 times.
Walk everywhere (except work).
Starting Weight: 189
Body Fat: 38%
