Today I jogged three miles at 12 minute mile pace. I started last week and did two miles, then 2.5 miles. So far the jogging feels pretty good. Knees ache a little bit in the beginning, but they feel better after I warm up.
My bicycle has a flat tire so I am not riding right now. Need to get that fixed.
I am just tired of the elliptical machine and am looking for other things to do.
