i used to use running as my staple work out when i lost the weight the first time, but this time around when i discovered Zumba thats all i wanna do! And i feel my body transforming, not so much seeing the scale change but i feel my body changing.
I think your doing amazing, you WILL see changes! Keep ur chin up! And your right mentally is the hardest thing to transform, so for u to get that out of the way u will be smooth sailing when it comes to loosing the weight :) im cheering u on! 1902 days ago
