Today's motivational activity

Today I took out my planner (the paper one not the iPhone) & calculated the number of days until I hope to reach my goal which is April 29th 2012: 224 days, 32 weeks and 32lbs to go!
For me it is best to do a daily count down to see progress and a weekly count for goal setting and a weightloss goal for rewarding myself. I think a time reward will also be helpful- if I have been on track then I will reward myself at days 15,30,45,60,75,100,125,150,175
,200,and day 225 will be a reward of it's own!!! Iwill also reward myself for every 5# mark, so 175, 170,165,160,155,150 & again 145 will be a reward in itself!
Now what to reward myself with???
I'm thinking a long bath, mani-pedi, new magazine subscription for the time lines and new outfits for the weight-loss successes.
If I meet my weight goal before May, it will be great timing for a trip to Disney and just in time for our mothers day beach trip! emoticon
How exciting to imagine it all!!!
