Wow Lisa, you are doing great!!! You look amazing. I want a scale like that. It sounds great. I will have to shop around. Sorry I haven't checked in lately, but it has been crazy. I know exactly what you mean about listening to your body. I agree. I have also tried to stick with the extra piece of chicken or more red cabbage. I find that I am usually more hungry on the days where I am home and not staying busy. But for the most part I have stuck to the protocol. I am wondering if I am supposed to be counting the one day a week when I don't take my HCG and the four days that I didn't take it when I had my period? I have just been counting them all, but it occurred to me that if I don't take it maybe those are not to be counted. I still do the 500 cal on those days. Well, once again, you look amazing. Keep up the good work... emoticon

Wow I can't believe you didn't have a scale like that. I love mine! And it's so accurate in that it weighs me the same if I get on three times in a row. lol. I don't do the other info all that often. Once a week if that. Mostly cause it doesn't change that fast. My body fat on my scale is way higher than the body fat thing at the gym though. So not sure how accurate any of those things are. The water thing. . . when I first got the scale I didn't drink enough water. My % has gone way up! I like seeing that. :)

Pretty dress today. A good loss as well. I think it is good to listen to your body when your hungry because it will never lead you wrong.
I have that scale too, at the other house of course it is the one that weighs me a pound lighter than the one I have here. I love it, especially the water % part. The BMI on mine is high so hope yours is closer to your true number.
I got a electronic caliper yesterday when we were out I have not put the battery in yet should be interesting to say the least.
I know the thing about people telling you about you look fine don't lose any more etc...
I just ignore them and go about my business. I am glad your eating more than apples though. Hope you have a wonderful Monday. Sandy

    Hey there Lisa,

Don't ya just love it when people force their unsolicited opinions on your? LOL! At least she was complimentary, it could have been worse...when I bought my scale I was imagining that the checker was thinking to himself that I really needed it to lose weight. Sounds like we have the same scale. It measures hydration and body mass and body fat so we will be able to definitively tell if we are losing fat or mass (muscle and bone density) while we are dieting. That's a good thing! I weighed this morning and gained about 7 lbs. since my break and I am going to weigh and post starting tomorrow now and start the HCG again without loading. I've done enough of that for sure. Sounds like you got a lot of great things this weekend and you are off to a strong start for the week. Hope you have a great evening!

Chris
