As I get ready for the 5% Fall Challenge, I need to change my Intro again.
I didn't lose any weight with the last 2 challenges - maybe even gained a couple of pounds - and after fighting with it for 4 months now, I am just going to settle in where I am and maintain! 120-ish is awesome!!
I am using a Stationary Bike along with my daily walking now - and working the trampoline in where I can. My focus now is to try to make more muscles!
I am still counting calories and will be counting them for the rest of my life!
Bring on the 5% Fall Challenge - I am so ready!!

**edit: I more or less maintained through the last 2 challenges. After much soul-searching, I have decided to go for it one last time! I love being part of the team and will remain regardless - but I am going to give it one more try at getting the 5 lbs off before winter sets in.
This time is different though - I refuse to allow myself to feel pressured and I am stepping up the exercise/cardio and I am feeling the biking in my thighs so I think I am on the right track. I have even figured out how to use the timer on the bike! If I am able to burn the extra calories daily to meet my "food-frenzy requirements" it will be a go!
