Losing weight by eating much more healthy has inspired me to do more taking care of myself in other aspects; which is making me feel so much better. I must admit often I am tired in the evening after a long work day and would not brush my teeth at night but now I make sure I take time to brush not only in mornng but night with flossing.
Also, I have never used facial cleansers and moisterizers but have started using some products which is giving me a glow and makes me feel so much better. Taking those few minutes a day to do a litlle self pampering makes a big difference.
