Well after a week of eating about 90% vegan the result........ I lost 4 pounds!!!
I am sticking with the meal plan that I found at Feel Goods Café, even though I am a pretty picky eater I loved every meal that they prepared for me. That in itself is amazing!
My workouts could have been better this week, honestly only got in one day of yoga when the goal was 3-4. This week should be quieter at work so I will have plenty of time to get those in after work.
I also have a gym where I work so I will be getting up early and going there before work begins 3 times this week to get my cardio workouts in.
All in all I am very happy with my week one results. Looking forward to week two!
