It's quite discouraging when I get amped-up for a new workout system, such as training for the Virtual 5K or trying a unique 6-week workout plan, and then life throws me a curve ball or two. Teaching is stressful. Commuting an hour to work and not being able to run in the evening is stressful. But getting sick because of all the stress is the most discouraging part.
I just want to be active and loaded with endorphins going into the cold, Fall and Winter months.
