My September ART Newsletter

Here's a link to my September newsletter...

I haven't been able to create or send a newsletter since last October 2010 -- thanks to the tornadoes, aging parent care, and my studio flooded twice this year... oh, and the effort of me trying to exercise 2 hours a day and eat perfectly took it's time as well.

I'm doing my best to get my life and career back on track... trying to stop emotional eating and need to fit exercise back into my daily life. I need to lose my "all or nothing" attitude and learn to accept what I can and cannot do.

Enjoy your day, Everybody!

perfect eating does not exist it is to hard so I aim for semi perfect and limit the junk to a 3 to 4 ounce serving once in awhile. Total denial would make me despressed
