This week over at BLC17 it is 70s week. Our weekend challenge is to do the HUSTLE:
H = Hydrate your body (1pt. for every 8oz.)
U = Unite on the thread (5pts. per day).
S = Stimulate your muscles (1pt. for every 12 reps).
T = Track everything you eat (10pts. per day).
L = Live a little by doing at least one small thing for yourself (5pts. per day).
E = Entertain yourself by doing the Hustle (5pts. per day -
