3rd workout with Jake on Friday 9/16

Jake showed me this weeks workouts and I got 30 mins of cardio in. Jake is creating a meal plan for me. He was disappointed to see that I gained 2 pounds my first week with him. So was I! Gotta get food under control!

Saturday/Tuesday

Run 2-3 miles (.25 fast=.5 moderate=.25 recovery)
5 min cool down walk

3 sets 20 db pullover with tricep extension
3 sets of 15 per side hold lunge single arm preacher curl
3 sets of 30 db front lateral raise

    Bummer about the weight gain, but it could be your body adjusting or, as you say, you need to get the food under control.
