Jake showed me this weeks workouts and I got 30 mins of cardio in. Jake is creating a meal plan for me. He was disappointed to see that I gained 2 pounds my first week with him. So was I! Gotta get food under control!
Run 2-3 miles (.25 fast=.5 moderate=.25 recovery)
5 min cool down walk
3 sets 20 db pullover with tricep extension
3 sets of 15 per side hold lunge single arm preacher curl
3 sets of 30 db front lateral raise
