This is a great blog!!! WAY TO GO ON THE 1.6 LBS. I know you'll be at 230 when September 30 rolls around!
I have had a history of "well I'll eat this tonight and be good tomorrow". Its especially easy to have this mentality once you start seeing results because you're like "I can do this - this one time won't hurt -because I know I can make up for it". I've started telling myself now though that "the decision I am making right now affects my tomorrow, my next week, my next month, and my next year".
Also - the note about making time for workouts and eating right has been important to me as work has been crazy. So important to fit your workouts and eating in for yourself.
