I will......

*continue with the Spark diet
*drink 4 cups of water before each meal
*continue cardio for 60 minutes a day and weight machines 2 to 3 times a week
*increase the intensity of cardio & try to work with intervals every time I exercise
*stop nibbling on salty crackers or chips
*support my team by accumulating points & responding to blogs
