That's pretty crappy about your Dr. My old Doc laughed at me when I told him I wanted my TSH to be lower. And that I wanted the other thyroid tests to be ran. that was the last visit I had with him and now I have a new Dr that I LOVE! :)

I gotta say though if your TSH is .91 that's low and I'd think that would be fine. Unless you have a conversion issue with T3/T4. In which case you need to have the other tests ran.

Hi Lisa! Thank you for making me laugh and for mentioning me in your vlog. I feel so special, like my name was said on T.V. or something. LOL! I love your little workout skorts, you are looking really good. I agree with Sandy's wise words, I hope you are done with your apple days for a while and you get some major protein and veggies into your system. I know you're taking your vitamins too. As luck would have it, I have a tummy bug and have been in bed all day except for trips to the bathroom. Yuck. I just ate grissini and diet dr. pepper and water all day. That's all I can keep down. I am hoping to feel better tomorrow so I can get some stuff done around the house. I've decided that Monday will be mark a change in my attitude. I have to go forward with the glass is half full mentality that I normally have. Gotta shrug it off and keep moving forward with my life. I can't control everything that happens to me, but I can control how I react to it. Thanks for being a good friend.

You have to remember that a gallon of water weighs EIGHT pounds, so when you travel like that you can add weight, not to mention if you eat salty foods. Glad u r working fast to get it back off.

    Lisa,

You are shrinking. Your face is so much slimmer than -- WHAT -- 2 days ago. Girl, you are doing it and doing it well.

Doctors are funny. It's like they get offended when we are health conscious and aware of our bodies.

Okay . . . I usually type my comments while your blog is running because I forget. However, I just fell on the floor (literally) and I cannot breath. I LOVE YOUR AMBULANCE SOUND! You're right the wew wew wew's DO NOT give it justice! So, I bow to Lisa, the ambulance sounder! THANKS.

Hey I am late tonight getting on here. Glad to see your loss today and Wow another apple day!! Your much stronger than I am about sticking to apples.
I am sorry the Dr. was not understanding. I just don't see how a person can gain that much in two days. I know the Dr. have more education than we do but I hope she showed concern when she heard your questions.
Like the gluten intolerance, I never had diarrhea and I am sensitive to gluten in foods especially when combined with sugar.
Not everyone has the same symptoms as we are all different and have different ways our bodies handle foods.
I hope your going to start eating according to protocol tomorrow as you do need the nutrients for your body to keep functioning as you do so much exercise you need the protein for your muscles because if your not eating enough your body will use your muscles for fuel.
I hope you have a good rest as you will be training again tomorrow. Sleep tight. Sandy

You look beautiful Lisa, your face is no longer puffy (looked at your before photos and place them beside your video images= huge difference!) You have always had impressive thigh muscles and alot less tummy.. Even if you don't have the number on the scales stuff is happening to your body.. Great your open to your doctors suggestions.. The dietitian may be able to give you choices that don't turn on the omg annoying hunger receptors..
I have this problem if I step to stuff and omg it is tough closing the door when a accident happens.. The doctor is just laughing because they side in with alot more knowledge than us people on the street understand..
Sometimes they forget their advantages on how the body works..
