Day Off

Yesterday was an impromptu day-off from exercising. I only had a scheduled day of cardio but, something about the day. It frustrates me only in that I cannot say I have danced everyday sinse I started, which had been true up until yesterday. That's one way to look at it. The other way to look at it is at least I have danced everyday for two weeks straight.

Today is an official work-out day that should help me keep on track. It is going to be a busy day.

    I must really be down then. I missed yesterday to due to a change in my schedule. Lucky for me, Saturday is an official day off but, I am going to use it to work out.

I should get the Spark. Haven't yet.

    I think the Spark idea is your second take - Check out that dancing streak! That's awesome!! I was reading The Spark the other day, and he was saying that when you do have a day that frustrates you and you feel a moment off track, shake it off and challenge yourself to beat your former self. (I think he said it a little better) So, Today Steph challenges Former Steph to a dance challenge. Can you take it?

And, some times we just need a break. I am all about the momentum, and then I'll get a stumble and decide that I'm going to watch TV most of the day. I tell myself I'm recharging for the next day. Maybe not the perfect way - but it's a positive way. Don't get frustrated!
