Runs Friday through Monday
ART: Get in the rainbow of veggies each day. You know, red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple and white. 1 pt for each color you get in per day.
GYM: 30 minutes cardio 2 days and 10+ minutes strength exercises 2 days.
WRITING: Track your food. What are you eating? Do you need to make some changes to stay in range? Write down every bite to see how you're doing!
SCIENCE/NUTRITION: Plan a weekly menu and share it on your blog. Suppers only is fine. Having meals planned simplifies life and saves you time and calories, especially if you snack while waiting for dinner to be decided and made--like I've been doing.
