Its almost been a full month since my last blog and I only have 4 weeks until my 30th bday! OMG!!!
The last few weeks have not been kind to me... I am emotionally and mentally spent... My vacation was amazing and very stress relieving... but like all vacations they come to an end and you have to get back to reality. My reality is working 2 jobs at about 60-70 hours a week with only one day off a week. Now I can't complain because I chose to work this schedule until I get my clientele built up at my new job. But that can take 2 years and I can not afford to only work that job at this time. I am however extremely lucky that my other job is so flexible with me. So that should make me feel better right?!?! UGH!
I joined a gym that is VERY close to my main job but I can only go after work because they don't have showers and I don't wanna be all gross going to work as a hair stylist! lol! That may not help me get clients. :) I was going after work but some days I don't get finished until 8-9 and I have been on my feet for 10 hours... the last thing I want to do is go work out... so what do I do?? Get up early go work out then go back home?? YES! That is what I must do if I want to get on a schedule!!
So here it is folks:
Monday- Wake up 7am; go to gym 7:30-8:30 (Upper Body & Abs); work 9-6; Zumba @ 6:15pm; bed by 10pm.
Tuesday- Wake up 7am; go to gym 7:30-8:30 (Lower Body & Cardio); shower at home 9am; work 11-8ish; bed by 10pm.
Wednesday- Wake up 7am; gym 7:30-8:30 (Cardio & Abs); work 9-6; bed by 10pm.
Thursday- Wake up 7am; gym 7:30-8:30 (Upper Body & Cardio); shower at home 9am; work 11-8ish; bed by 10pm.
Friday- Wake up 7am; gym 7:30-8:30 (Lower Body & Abs); work 9-6; Volleyball time varies; bed by 10pm.
Saturday- Work 8:30-5; gym after work (Cardio); Enjoy my Saturday night! Bed by midnight!
Sunday- REST! It is my only day off darnit! I will enjoy it! (Of course taking the puppy for a leisure walk may occur!) ;) Get in bed by 10pm.
I really need to start getting up at the same time every morning anyways... My start times for work are so different that it makes it hard on my sleep schedule. I think this will definitely help me meet my goals and stick with them! I think this will also help my nutrition. I tend to eat a lot more on my office job days and less on my salon days. Mainly because at the salon I am constantly moving and busy that sometimes I forget to eat or don't have time. But I think getting up early and getting a good breakfast then eating after my workout will help me stay focused on my nutrition throughout the day! I gotta do something darnit!
