food tracking

For the first time ever, i have kept track of my calorie intake for a week, well 5 days to be exact. it feels strangely great, like i have proved to myself that its doable - never believed i could. I intend to keep it up because it shows me when im taking less than i am supposed to. i tend to go overboard with portion reduction and i am now aware that sometimes i was eating way less than i was supposed to, no wonder i would feel hungry and grumpy :). I am happy with myself.

    Way to go with the food tracking. It is amazing how helpful it can be.

  congratulations that's excellent - they do say somewhere that you have to eat enough or the right amount in relation to the exercise you do which leads to better weight loss.I've been tracking my intake but not reducing my portions so I'm going to give that ago tomorrow..and for the week.
