For the first time ever, i have kept track of my calorie intake for a week, well 5 days to be exact. it feels strangely great, like i have proved to myself that its doable - never believed i could. I intend to keep it up because it shows me when im taking less than i am supposed to. i tend to go overboard with portion reduction and i am now aware that sometimes i was eating way less than i was supposed to, no wonder i would feel hungry and grumpy :). I am happy with myself.
