I gotta say that this week has been a hectic week, in the last five days i havent practiced good eating habits, only because i have been so busy , no time to stop by the produce stand, anyhow, i have stuck to portion control but did incorporate some bad choice, only because of the fact that there was no fruit in the house. i have at a couple 100 pack of those pop chips and would help myself to a few doritos once in a while, but i did remain in my daily calorie goals.I thought that maybe my weight loss wasnt coming along the way i wanted it to because i was doing too much cardio and not eating enough, but i figure it wasnt that. it was my fruit intake that was low.SO i am sticking to my six hours a week, but i am adding more strength training.I weighed in on my home scal it was 160.0 but i dont really trust my scale(need to buy a new one), so as soon as i get on a reliable one, i will record my new weight for the week.I am so happy that i stayed within my daily calorie goal, with the diet change, but i am now back to healthy eating, and hope to report that i stick with it next week....thanks everyone.....
