My hardwork in the form of exercise and no refined sugar has paid off. I went to the gym on my lunch break and before working out I weighed myself (haven't did that in almost 2wks) was discouraged b/c the last time I weighed myself I had gained 4lbs.
I got on the scale and it read 280lbs...awesome! I overheard some other girls at the gym talking about what they would eat for lunch: oatmeal. I am so glad this is not a diet, lose weight quick type of deal for me.
For lunch I just ate a nice beet salad and curried lentil and carrot soup, all made by yours truely. I was also able to get a 1 mile jog in...and now I'm back at my sedentary job. I plan to run the stairs (all 125 of them) at 2:30pm.
Let's keep it moving!
