So...this week I meant to blog at least 4 days about the following topics:
1. C25K - running while sick and congested
2. Worrying about other people staring at you all the time
3. Tracking my food and why my lazy arse just doesn't do it.
4. Traveling and eating out.
Instead I didn't blog at all. I have been doing the bare minimum again. Maybe.? I mean I'm exercising, but not tracking it or my food. I'm eating healthier, but have no ideas what calories I'm consuming. I'm running daily, but have no clue how far I'm actually going.
I can't imagine I'll make a lot of progress if I keep up the status quo. On the flip side I did a mid week weigh in and went from 256 to 253...so I'm doing something right...but will that stick until Monday and my "official weigh in?"
Not if I have a crazy weekend in "do what you want" land.
So...taking inspiration from my Sparkfriend REBECCA926 I will be making a plan...or firming up the one I've got.

Making a plan for the weekend which includes a night of beer pong and that ALWAYS means high caloric intake. (You'd think I was in college instead of in my 30s. HA!) AND making a plan for next week which includes an overnight trip to Prague and an overnight trip to Munich for Octoberfest.
Yes, I have three major events that are recipes for disaster when it comes to eating healthy and smart and getting in my exercise.
How badly do you think I want to keep those 3 pounds OFF?
