Ok, so I just weighed myself. I gained it all back. Why? Because I didn't commit myself to changing one small thing everyday. Or maybe I just went too fast. But, I really think it's time to step into Stage 2. I know exactly what I am doing wrong. So I challenge myself. One challenge a day for a week. Too bad all my motivation comes way late at night.
9/15 Challenge: Drink 8 little bottles of water.
