not thrilled with myself

started out with our annual hispanic produce items presentation. the vendor does a wonderful job preparing the food for us to sample. It all looked really good, and tasted great too! Also some homemade guac and chips. That was breakfast. Lunch was more of the same plus a cookie. I don't even like cookies! Then the afternoon got really stressful and I had a snack cake that was not that great, and I knew it, and kept eating it. Came home and just felt disgusted with myself!! Dinner was a large bowl of romaine with a shredded chicken breast. So at least I reined it in at the end of the day. Tracked everything I ate and still am well within range on calories, but still feel full! Looking forward to getting back on track tomorrow!

    yep sometimes you get in a situation where the only things available are fattening and rather than starve and eat less, things go overboard. ...but heck...the guac was good Right.
It wasn't all bad.

    Oh well, at least you recovered yourself at the end of the day. We all get stuck at places at times and wish we had planned a better supply of food.You still came within your range. I'm glad tomorrow is another day!I daren't keep snack cakes or cookies on hand to tempt me. I always have nuts, fruit, dried fruit, and corn chips on hand, but I count them out by the book.You at least had lettuce in the house, I don't!
