I took a day off today. I felt a little guilty for all of about 2 seconds, because I told my boss at my first job I'd be in, and then I didn't even e-mail her to let her know I wasn't going to be in. Haha, oh well. It happens.

It all started last night. I had some extra energy after my 2.5 mile walk; I came home and started cleaning. Not that my apartment is dirty... it just gets cluttered, and I finally had enough. I cleaned the bathroom, then the kitchen. These two are ALWAYS top priority! I can't stand a dirty bathroom or kitchen. I threw my dirty laundry into piles to take to the laundry mat, and went to bed.

Woke up today surprisingly early, got ready, and realized NOTHING I wanted to wear was clean. So I decided I'd take my dirty clothes to the laundry mat. I love going early because NO ONE is EVER there and that makes me VERY happy! Lol. Normally when I get done with my laundry I just keep it in my car and head to work; then change at my second job. I decided against that. I wanted to put it away, and then clean some more. So, that's what I did! I dusted, vacuumed, and straightened up. I even got out all my fall stuff, and put it out. I love Fall!! After I got done cleaning I still had some energy so I worked out. I did about 30 minutes on the Gazelle, and then decided to watch Dr. Phil, and part of Dr. Oz before coming in to the dealership.

I plan on going grocery shopping tonight, and stocking back up on yummy foods. I wanted to get all my chores done before the weekend. I figure since my birthday is Friday, and I'll be working. I might as well make the rest of the weekend time to celebrate my birthday! Lol. I'm kind of sad my brother won't be joining in on the Olive Garden festivities, but I understand money is tight at times. Speaking of which; calling Olive Garden TOMORROW to make reservations for Saturday evening. Woohoo! All in all I'd say I had a very productive day off. Now if only I could be as productive at work! I have an excuse though, right?!
