My leg felt pretty good when I woke up this morning so I went to the gym at 4:30 AM to do my workout. Got all done, went home had breakfast, shower and off to work. Once I got to work and sat in my chair for a little while when I got up to walk it started hurting again. I am almost to the point where I have to drag the leg, not good. If pain still bad tomorrow then I will see the doctor to see what I did to it. Tonight is suppose to be Step Class, but no can do. I will miss class tonight, it is just too sore.
Here is the workout from today: Chest/Triceps
Wide push ups 3/10
Incline benc press 3/10 @ 10lbs
Flatbench flyes 3/10 @ 10lbs
Decline flyes 3/10 @ 10lbs (don't like the upside down feeling)
Bench dips 3/10
Lying EZ bar Triceps ext (used barbell) 3/10 @ 15lbs
Dumbbell triceps kickback 3/10 @10lbs
Overhead two hand triceps ext 3/10 @ 10lbs
Cable one arm triceps ext 3/10 @ 20lbs
