I am so tired.

Yesterday morning while I was at the gym , I just didn't feel quite right.

I didn't feel sick, but I just felt drained.

Last night I started getting a sore throat and stuffy nose.

This morning I woke up with a head cold.

I went to the gym anyhow because today is strength training and I don't have the equipment to do it at home, plus I warmed up for 20 minutes on the tread mill.

I have to go to the dentist at 2:30 this afternoon and it's such a nice day I think I will walk which will count toward my cardio minutes and mileage. It's about a mile to her office, so I can log 2 miles there and back.

When I get home from the dentist I am going to cook dinner, something simple with pork chops, eat dinner, and track what ever needs to be tracked on SP.

And then I'm going to go to bed until tomorrow morning. I don't know if I will get to the gym tomorrow, but if I don't I can always work out with Leslie Sansone.

I hope this doesn't last more than a day or two, because I am just drained and really want to keep up the good work that I have been doing.

    Yep, get some rest like everyone said. Just eat well, and resume the fitness part when you're feeling better.
