My lowest weight so far has been 152.8. I have been able to maintain myself at 153.6 without tracking my food and just trying to listen to my stomach.
Yes, I want to lose weight, but that will happen. Right now, I'm exercising and being able to *naturally* control my eating--which means more to me than any diet program. I've been tracking on and off since I was 14-seven years--and I'm done with it. Yeah, it works when you do it regularly. But instead of letting a computer tell me what to eat, I'm letting my brain/body tell me what to eat. That's priceless right there. So, it's been a week or two and I'm still basically at the same weight, 0.8 lb heavier. But guess what? I'm not overeating and gaining! I'm still exercising! I am showing myself how to eat on my own, for a lifestyle!
