Gosh its been so long since I've written a blog. So let me start by saying how much I've missed you all! I have been busy with a new JOB that I just love! I am the Salon Mgr at the new Ulta in the town where I live. Things just keep getting better and better for me. I still am smoke free since March 25th of this year

I have maintained the weight I was when I was last here. Well, at least I haven't gained weight. My weight is not where I want to be however I have accepted myself the way I am and I know that I will not go down one more pound til I get my butt to exercising. So!!!!

Tonight I am starting to read my Spark Book

again. I always love the communication here. I was wondering has anyone tried the new spark live??? That sounds great to me, although I'd like to hear some feed back before I try it.

I don't know, I guess weight loss, gain, and I are friends to the end. (shhhhh! I'm trying to ditch the gain LOL!) But never the less I'm glad to be back with all of you!!

Me now.... Still Blonde!

Glad to see you blogging again and

on the new job!! I'm not familiar with the new Spark live.....what is it?? I always like rereading the Spark book (and also listening to the CD audio Spark book)....it always gives me new inspiration. Keep up the good work and you will reach your goal!!

A huge kudos to you for having quit smoking! That's an amazing accomplishment that a LOT of people wish they could do, but can't. And the fact that you haven't gained while quitting is also really awesome!

When I started SP on January 1, 2010, the VERY LAST thing I wanted to do was exercise. I was great at eating well and tracking my food, but I still considered exercise to be a 4-letter word. However, I started doing a lot of walking. After dropping quite a bit of weight through diet & walking, I did finally start going to the gym. I now run (sort of!), use the stair climber to challenge myself, use some of the weight machines in the main gym or the Curves-like circuit room we have there, and BEST of all, I started going to a step aerobics class in the mornings about 3-4 weeks ago, and it's AWESOME! You get the fun music, the companionship, the accountability to other people, the competitive drive to keep up with everyone else, and it's very mentally challenging to remember all the steps and stay with the teacher. I would often blow-off my own workouts at the gym because I was bored, but now I have NO problem getting up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!

Congratulations on being Smoke Free since March 25th. That is an incredible accomplishment. It's also great you have a job you love. Not many people can say they love their work!

I'm not familiar with the new Spark live....sounds intriguing.
