Week 3 Day 15 Jamie Eason 12 Week Challenge

Did my workout yesterday and here is what I did.
Leg Extension 3/10 @ 60lbs
Wide stance barbell Squat 3/10 with 12lb bar
Walking barbell lunge 3/10 with 12 lb bar
Single leg barbell dealift 3/10 with 12 lb
Lying leg curl 3/10 @ 60 lbs
Seated calf raises 3/10 @ 45lbs
Standing calf raises 3/10 @ 60 lbs

I think I may have pulled a muscle in my left upper thigh, not sure, but it hurts more than the right leg and it is a different kind of hurt. Feels better when I walk, my friend says I may need to stretch it, so I will try that tonight. I am also going to soak in the tub with some epsom salt, that usually does the trick. If it still hurts after that then I know that there is something else going on, hopefully it will go away soon.

Tonights workout is Back and biceps.

    Wow...that's quite a workout girl!!! Looking forward to seeing your watch me shrink pics...I take mine this weekend with my first month progress pics for turbo fire....Is the Jaime Eason workout a dvd?
