Kay, so... I've allowed myself to get back up to 180 which was what I was 6 years ago when I lost 50 lbs but now I'm back where I started... Where did I go wrong? Well... I know where.... Tha friggin fridge.... Some fast food but mostly my passionate relationship with cheese. If somehow cheese could get a job, I would marry it. If Nathan tasted like cheese then I would never let him leave the house! Oh, so you get my drift.... I like cheese. Well, not only is cheese very fatty, it's also high in sodium. Like the fat content by itself wasn't enough to give me high blood pressure.
Sooo.... Here's what I did... I went out and bought the Wii Fitness set board and game set and all. Actually got a VERY good price cause it was used. I also bought another game Wii Active. I like the Wii Active so far better because I can actually get the workout done faster. The Wii Fitness just takes soooo long between exercises. Although I like the set up and body testing and all. And the yoga part is really nice to help me with balance. All in all I'm making one hell of an effort to step it up. I've actually laid off the cheese for the last couple of days. I'm planning on limiting my cheese intake from here on out. Our relationship has been a one way street for a while and I'm heading on to.. smaller... better things. hehe.
Been a rough summer with all that heat. When it's this hot I want to stay in the air condition but it's getting cooler which means I need to be more active. :-)
Sooooo... Out with t he fat and in with the skinny!
